“Feeling a Draft” is a website dedicated to honoring MLB scouts and promoting their inclusion into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. “Feeling a Draft” describes the particular gift a scout develops to evaluate players through years of observation and experience. It is also referred to by some as a “gut feeling.”
